What's Included
The first hour is billed in full; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up. Most small repairs finish within the first hour.
No travel charge within our 100-mile service area. The clock starts when work starts, not when we leave the house.
The hourly rate covers all on-site labor AND parts/materials (patch material, adhesive, gaskets, fittings) — and sales tax is included. The rate you see is the rate you pay; nothing is billed separately.
We partner with pool suppliers to source vinyl, so we can often match the patch to your existing liner — not just a generic white patch.
What Does "$190/hr" Actually Cover?
The hourly rate covers everything our technician does at your pool: travel to the repair site, leak diagnosis (including dye testing), surface prep, patch application, holding the patch firmly until it sets, final water test, and cleanup. We bring all tools, adhesive, and patch material in our kit.
Parts and materials are included — there is no separate parts bill, and sales tax is included in the rate. The flat hourly rate is all-in.
