Residential pool construction needs county approval plus LUESA permit
We check that your pool construction was approved by both Public Health and LUESA before building began.
Must be: Building a residential pool requires Public Health approval as well as a separate LUESA building permit.
If it fails: If either approval is missing, apply for it now and be prepared to document the as-built pool for review.
